Michael's Family Restaurant

We wanted to see how Michaels in Rocky river was after the remodel..very nice bar but empty for a Thursday night,very poor service from some guy who could care less about his customers and something is amiss with the new menu,we were told by the server we had to have the Greek salad,there was no other choices,he never bothered to read the specials.they need to start keeping their servers busy,he kept conversing with a guy in the kitchen who kept coming out and forgot it seems that we were there.he seemed clueless.miss the friendliness of Michaels,it was a boring and not so great experience with the food or service.

Just left the restaurant. Ordered prime rib and they didnt have it so I had to order something else. My wife's food had a hair in it AND the food was tastless. She had the tiger shrimp. All the food was tastless besides the greek salad and kids grilled cheese.

We have eaten her many times and on our last visit I saw a bug on my pancakes. Our server brought me another order and after I poured syrup on them it turned out that that is were the bugs were. They don't seem to change it nightly. The worst part was that the sever then brougth us the check for the full amount! I had to make an issue of it to have both orders of pancakes taken off. If you like you food bug free maybe you should go somewhere else!
