Realized we needed a full set of tires prior to traveling out of town for vacation. It was obvious this company was VERY busy, but Mr. Dutton took care of our urgent need and we were able to leave the next day as scheduled. This was our first visit... we were very pleased with the fair prices and their professional and friendly service.
Waiting Room is clean...offer TV to watch, while you wait. Front Desk folks are knowledgeable and friendly.Prices are posted for the usual services, which helps. Large selection of tires for all budgets.
Our 2009 BMW broke down in the middle of I95 in Rocky Mount, NC on our moving trip from DC to Orlando. We thought were we in for a big headache: the nearest BMW dealership was 2hrs away, our car had a Maryland license plate, and our car was packed full of clothes. All are prime indicators for a dishonest mechanic to take advantage of. We would have paid anything to any mechanic to fix our car. The mechanic at this local (non-BMW) shop fixed our car for $50. The injectors had to be cleaned. We were well on our trip the next morning thanks to this honest shop.

Provided by DexKnowsTook our old Ford Taurus in for a tune up and oil change. Being that it is a 98, we were very surprised to find out that it was the factory spark plugs. Well, with that in mind, Chris was very helpful and told us what else needed done to keep it safe. He was direct, honest, no games, in by 8am out by 2pm on top of there other customers that morning. Looked to be busy. It is hard to find an HONEST person these days to work on your car and NOT RIP YOU OFF! THEN YOU SHOULD COME TO CAROLINA TIRES!

Provided by DexKnowsWe've purchased tires, had transmission and a/c compressor replaced on our Jimmy. Both continue to operate trouble free after 100,000 miles. Had transmission seal and rear main on our T-Bird replaced and now the dreaded P0402 code on our Corrola has been diagnosed down to the cat converter. There's nothing these guys can't do. I don't trust my vehicles to just anyone, these people have earned it, time and time again.
