Arby's

My experience at Arby's of Rocky Mount was less than satisfying to say the least. In multiple visits to the Rocky Mount location it has never failed to disappoint. I have had to wait for my food almost every time I have visited; in upwards of ten to fifteen minutes. After waiting I found that my food was cold. Also the General Manager did not seem to sympathetic towards me and some other customers when something went wrong. I love Arby's, but I will not continue to support this one in particular due to the service and attitude of the General Manager or one of the assistant managers. I would like to say that the employees were very nice; I just believe they need better leaders to organize the store.

The gm at this store is hatefull towards the employees. GM told an employee that she put one of their co-workers in the hospital because she didn't send him home. He forgot to bring his medicine to work . (She didn't send him home because he didn't want to leave.) Come to find out the man never was in the hospital! She did all this to get the poor girls anxiety going. The GM also is best friends with the wife of the district manager. So at any time, if any of the employees have a problem with, or is mistreated by, or wrongfully accused by the GM, the district manager disregards it as if this GM can do no wrong. Which in turn makes it worse on the employee no matter how hard working they are. So in my opinion they can keep their food if thats how they treat people I will never spend my money in another Arby's, that is owned by the focus ten franchise, if they continue with this type of management. They even allow the GM at this store to stay on the clock after she leaves to go home. Don't eat here she will use your money to watch TV and not for better service!
