Another great trip into Ourisman Chevrolet with my Camaro for preventative maintenance and getting ready for winter. Impressed as usual with my Service Advisor Nick Vasquez. Always greeted with a smile. I think he knows my vehicle better than I do. Always lets me know if any issues and suggests resolutions. Always a happy camper when I leave as I have confidence and trust that my vehicle is always safe.

Got a mailer that advertised an oil chainge, tire rotation and multi point inspection for the "Everyday Value Price of $49.95. Also got a coupon book that has a coupon for $20.00 off oil change. The total for my $49.95 service was a total of $65.63. File compliance fee of $3.75 Hazardous waste fee of $3.50 and "Miscellaneous Supplies fee of $5.48. All plus tax. Could not get the service guy to explain all of the $5.48. He said something about rags and spray. Seems like if they can get to a price of exactly $5.48, they should be able to explain the details. Also, according to them, with the "everyday value price" you could not use any coupons from the dealership. They explained that the everyday price was already a reduced price. Buyer be aware!! They also then wanted to replace my wiper blades. The driver side I had just done myself about 3 month ago. The also suggested throttle body service and brake fluid service which would have run around another $250 to $300.00. I checked, but failed to see where they had removed the hose to inspect the throttle body. I guess they just suggest things hoping you will buy into the "upsell" program.

Their coupons are pretty useless, as are their business practices.

I bought a 2016 Camaro SS from Ira very late on a Friday night and they stayed late past closing to finish the paperwork so I could be on my way with my new car. I had some issues with an AC actuator (which was not their fault, it was a GM mess up) and I live far away (but chose to buy there because they had a better selection) and brought my car to a different dealership to get the issue fixed and Ira checked up on them every day to let me know what was going on which shows how committed he is even after the sale was complete! The car buying part of the experience was excellent.

Service Rep Tim Hall is the best to work with if you need help with service on your car. He is patient and able to explain (in terms I understand) what is needed for my car. I'll go back because of him.

Mike Baron is the best service manager I've ever met. He does his research very thoroughly, and he will not charge you for anything you don't need. He finds out what's under warrantee and saves you thousands of dollars. I am so thankful he answered the call about my check engine light. He also made sure I had a free rental while my car was being serviced for a minor recall. In short, our family loves this guy. He's got a heart of gold. Ask for him by name if you have a Chevy that needs work.

I have bought many new cars over the years and can say my salesman Andy Mikin made my purchase the most pleasant experience. Everything went very smooth and most of all when I came to pick up the vehicle Andy had most of the paperwork ready which saved a lot of time which is a first for me.One other thing that I liked was that when I first called Andy suggested that I might want order the van and gave me on the phone the price.I came in ordered the van and got it my way.Very happy customer,Thanks

We purchased a 2013 malibu LT2. First of all. The service was top notch. We had been to several dealers and the service here was by far the best. My sister had purchased a vehicle here earlier in the day and the way she was treated prompted us to go check it out. We had the same salesman (Rohan) and he was quite good. All of our questions were answered in an informative manner and at no point did we feel pressured into something we didn't want. Our trade in was competitively valued (quite a bit more than where we purchased it from) and we were given a fair price on the new car. We are frequent car buyers and Rockmont Ourisman has a new customer for life.

Bart was a huge help and and was very straight forward. I asked him to put me in contact with his most experienced salesman as I didn't have time to waste and was ready to get a car that same day. Andy was a great guy to work with and took a "no BS" approach. The finance employee did not waste any time either and got me out of there very quickly which I appreciated.

This is the second time that I have been an Ourisman Rockmont Customer. I purchased once in January 2012 and then again in April 2014. Both times I was amazed how well the team performed. Walking in the second time, I felt so comfortable knowing that I was getting the best price and deal. JoAnn was wonderful making sure that I had everything I needed, and just a few hours later I walked out a second time buyer. Thrilled and will not buy a car elsewhere!

Had a great experience purchasing a 2015 Chevy Volt. I actually did some research online and found that Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet was a good dealer and they didn't disappoint, Well worth the extra drive. I can say that the salesman, Frank Marinucci was the best I've ever dealt with in all my life.

I've brought my corvette here and always been pleased with the repairs that have been performed. Wayne in service is great and rob seems like a very competent tech. They have always been quick to return my car and return it cleaner than when i dropped it off. They have always been honest and never have tried to sell me unnecessary parts/repairs.

Brought in my 2005 Chevy Cobalt after jumping another car caused my speedometer and transmission to stop working. I wasn't able to be on time for my appointment due to the battery dying, but they were still able to get the work done by the next day. Prices were fair. I worked with Ender Portillo who was polite and helpful.

I brought in my car for what I thought was a manufacturer's defect, but turned out to be caused by a vehicle monitoring device installed by AAA. I was scheduled and seen pretty quickly and the staff was polite and honest. They had it turned around quickly and it only cost a diagnostic fee for something that could have gotten out of hand pretty quickly. Assuming the problem remains solved, I am 100% satisfied with the service received at Ourisman. I would also note that little things like valet, car wash, and a quiet, comfortable lounge go a long way towards ensuring a pleasant experience. If nothing else, it tells me that the business isn't seeking margin at all costs.

Ok, yes I know I can be hard in some of my reviews but NOT with this one! I had an outstanding experience with this dealership. And in the end we in fact did buy an outstanding Mercedes GLK350. Antonio was our sales guy, and he was very personable and took his time with us - no rushing whatsoever and the process was flawless. He even got us better financing than Navy Federal Credit Union gave us. Their finance guy did a great job, he was professional. No pressure with him either. Sometimes the money guys can be a pain in the back side but not here. The experience in this department was easy like Sunday Mornin'!!I My only regret is that I wish I had gotten his name for this review. In the end my wife LOVES her new Mercedes SUV, and we left with the SUV actually feeling "good" about the whole experience. It was well worth the 35 minute drive from NVA. Thanks again!!

If you're in the market for a vehicle then this is the dealership and team to work with! Anthony Belton is an amazing salesman. I've purchased two vehicles with Anthony... and surprisingly I was the winner of the Memorial Day Weekend giveaway!!! Everyone on the team is so warm and friendly.
