I took my mother's car here for a wash (I used to bring my car all the time when I lived closer) and it turned out to be a huge disaster. Everything was normal at first, I chose the most expensive wash, I went and paid, and then as soon as I went outside to pick up the car, they pulled me over to tell me I had a flat tire! UM WHAT? I most definitely didn't have a flat tire when I got there. They then chose to take no responsibility for the tire, and kept telling me I must have gotten a nail stuck in it right before I went in. The guy kept saying, "mam we don't have any nails on the premises..." Can you really guarantee that? He kept pointing to an imaginary nail, but the tire was completely obliterated, and didn't resemble any normal flat tire I had ever seen. They kept trying to get rid of me (I was extremely calm, and collected) but obviously I couldn't go anywhere with a flat tire....

I do give them some credit because they then tried to help me change the tire, but alas, the never could get the damaged tire off the car, so I finally had to call Geico. I kept seeing the guys whispering to one another and pointing to the valve stem (it was also missing the cap), which I found pretty suspicious at the time. Turns out that after taking the car in today to get serviced, the jerks at Flasgship BROKE THE VALVE STEM AND SENSOR off the car when they took it through the wash. There was most definitely no nail in the tire, they messed up big time, and chose to blame me.

In the end, I paid $22 and some change for a half cleaned car (they stopped cleaning when they noticed the issue with the tire) and a very expensive bill from Land Rover for parts and labor for the negligence of Flagship car wash. Just to add insult to injury, I never received any shred of an apology, any kind of offer to reimburse me for the incomplete car wash, let alone the blown-up tire. SHAMEFUL! I'll never be back, as I will never trust them again. I had been going here since I was 16...

DO NOT EVER take your car here! The worst place ever! Not just that my car came out dirty but they broke my mirror as well!

The manager said it didn't happen there!

Well it wasn't broken when I drove in and was broken when they gave me back my car so yes it did happen in the Carwash!



But as they didn't take the responsibility I called the police right away.

The manager Dain said to call Larry-the owner the next day. After a few days of failed attempt to connect with the owner, finally Larry responded to my calls he asked me to bring my car back to the Carwash so he can look at it, I went back, he said it's strange, he doesn't know how did that happen, he will check and get back to me the next day.

Guess what?! He never got back to me! I was keep calling, but employees always said that he wasn't there but they will leave him a note and he will call me back.

They left him like 20 notes, he never called back!

What kind of business are you running?! I am reporting to BBB for sure!
