Terrible Service!

Terrible Service!!!! Went to the Rockville location to get pricing on tents for an outdoor wedding. There was a young guy working there that did not know about any products or prices and had to keep calling someone to get the information (very unprofessional). They scheduled me for a site inspection for the following week and I paid $50. On the scheduled day they never called or showed up at the site. After calling them 2 times for a refund, they apologized and said they will refund my money right away. I waited another 2 weeks and I still did not receive a refund for $50. I called them again and they assured me I would get a refund. It has been over 1 month since then and I still have no refund. They are a very unreliable and unprofessional company. I would NEVER trust them to handle my event and am very glad I used a different company.
