Raintree Rv Park

This park went through an ownership change in Oct 2015. The first couple of new managers went from OK to Horrible and rude! But now some very nice ladies,sisters I believe run it! Trees have been trimmed,lots Mowed and weed eatered.
The showers and restrooms are always spotless now.
The recreational things have been sadly lacking the last year. No karaoke,pool tournaments, potlucks,bingo,poker,dominoes, or holiday parties.
There is an ad from a professional service to go to Mexico,San Antonio and Galveston during the Christmas season.
Not the fun winter park it used to be. But still nice lots, easy to get into, pets welcome, and close to fishing and town events.

The most unprofessionally run place I have ever seen. The campground is run down and unkempt. I was supposed to move into a motor home that I had put a deposit on 6 weeks prior, then the week of my move-in, after paying a rent that was too high for the condition the property was in, it was still filthy, the AC didn't work, the refrigerator/freezer didn't work, and the toilet didn't work. They had 6 weeks to get this motor home ready, but the owner just didn't care. I never actually moved in due to everything that was wrong, and the owner assured me he would refund my money, but is now dodging my phone calls and e-mails, and has not refunded my money. I would NEVER recommend this place under any circumstances! I would give it zero stars but this site won't let me.
