Fast and professional responses to any issues about the property. Knowing that the house is not in financial distress...we rented from a private party only to find out house had been in foreclosure for over two years!! Monthly reminders for AC filter and smoke detector battery changes. Ease of payment method. Above all the courteous, friendly, but professional staff.



Very knowledgeable about landlord/tenant laws. After managing on our own for a while and making mistakes, we tried the biggest property management company in Brevard County. Epic fail. It has been a relief to turn it over to All County Preferred and finally have someone who knows what they're doing. They're hands down the best management company!



Very personal, courteous, professional, friendly staff. Quick turn around to address any needs or concerns I have. Overall, the best management company I have ever worked with.



I love the use of the web portal. Everything you need to do or know is readily available for you.  The staff is friendly and always willing to help and they are quick to respond to service issues.  This is the first property management company that actually treated me like a person instead of a rent check.



My husband and I are very impressed with the kind, compassionate way we were treated through the All County staff with Njeri and Darryl. We contacted them before moving down to Florida from PA, they took the time to listen and care about us and our situation and needs. They made a very tough transition easier and more doable. We will always be indebted to the two them and your company.



After having managed our property ourselves for several years, with all of the usual challenges (including finding good tenants), it gave us a strong sense of security to place our property in the hands of All County - a reliable and reputable management group. Any concerns and requests we submitted were handled in a friendly, timely and professional manner - neither our needs nor those of the renter were compromised. We have sold the property, otherwise would be continuing with All County.



As an investor with over 800 properties in the US, I have property management companies all over the country managing my rentals so I've had a wide range of service. Many companies get a bad rap from tenants because the property managers have to enforce the lease which tenants don't like. Several of the companies I've worked with were too lenient with tenants making it difficult for me to get my income when I needed it. Of all the companies I've worked with, All County Preferred has set the bar high. They've had a few hiccups over the 4 years they've been managing my properties, but All County has always made it a point to get things done. They have a high standard for management and I trust that they are managing my investments they way they would manage their own. Always professional and willing to help. Trust All County Preferred with your rental property. Statements can be confusing at first, otherwise, a great company for property management.



I've had my investment properties with All County Preferred for over 4 years and couldn't be happier. Darryl and his team have been very responsive to my questions and I love the personalized service I get. If I have a question, someone is always willing to help. I have 100% occupancy which is almost unheard of in property management, but All County has made it happen when other companies told me they couldn't. I've also had a lot of work done to my properties and Darryl and his team always managed to get me a good deal. I would recommend All County to any investor looking for someone to take great care of their investments.



Not even human! Stayed 6 months into a 12 month lease. They allowed a drugged out war vet in next door. Everyone had issues with him and I left. Year later I get a debt collection call?! All bills were paid! They change up staff super frequently so no one knows what's going on. I sent in video of the bad neighbor threatening my life & causing damage to the building. Refused to view it out of fear of a virus. This company is scum! The lead guy is the root of all evil. Never renting an apartment again bc of this experience. They want money and will run you down like dogs over pennies. Do not rent! Local Sherri's should be informed of their behavior & shut down



If I could give less than one star, I would. They are dishonest, deceitful, incredibly unprofessional and terribly unorganized. They are not only disrespected by most of the customer's whose reviews I have read on websites like Yelp, BBB, Facebook, Yellow Pages, Yahoo, Google, etc., they are disrespected by the multiple vendors they contract to maintain and repair the properties they promise to manage. It is sad to know they are conducting business like this and taking advantage of the members of the community I live in.

It's all about money with this company. We don't expect to get our $2600 deposit back even though we take great care of this home as if it were ours, even going above and beyond the terms of our lease agreement to do what is right.

TENANTS - if you're already stuck with this company, get a move-in checklist RIGHT AWAY!! Do all of your correspondence with this company through emails so you have proof of what was or wasn't said and done. ALWAYS direct your emails to your property manager, not their secretaries....even your replies - take the extra few seconds to include the property manager, trust me. Take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move in. Record when vendors come by and get their business cards. You will need it, I assure you.

HOMEOWNERS/LANDLORDS - find someone honest to care for your investment.

I am a previous homeowner, and if they 'managed' my house the way they are 'managing' the home I am renting from them now, I'd be heartbroken and furious.

I feel like I am being bullied and taken advantage of. My boyfriend of 8 years and I are in our late 30's and early 40's and are both business professionals. We've spent far too much of our time and effort trying to get this company to not just do the right thing (and not just what is right for us as tenants but also what is right for the homeowners who are trusting this company to care for their investment property) but to do what they are legally supposed to do. The stress is not worth it....this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY business. Steer clear and save yourself the time and money.

And FYI - ALL COUNTY is a franchise owned by Sandy Ferrera and Scott McPherson based out of St. Petersburg, FL. Business owners usually appreciate a letter informing them of how their franchisees are operating their businesses.
