        Excellent service, helped with my very complicated prescription. Dr. Swan is super knowledgeable and very patient. Will spend a lot of extra time to explain to you about everything. He is also a professor at Ferris State and is really updated on the all the latest literature in the field. They also did InfantSEE exams for free for my sister's baby. Will recommend it to anyone!

        Overall

        Awful experience, charge me $300 and $200 to my insurance. When I receive the glasses and lenses they were both terrible, try to have them give me the money back and refuse, they won't even offer to redo the lenses or exchange the eyeglasses in anyway. I lost $500 dollars and end up with a pair of eyeglasses and lenses that were useless. I regret 100% having gone to this store, and trusting this people. I would give them 0 star if possible.
