Terrible attention to detail, worse customer service in The entire city of Rockford and very poorly managed. My advice, STAY AWAY

After they destroyed the graphics on my vehicle and then denied it and refused to give me the owners name, I have a fleet of vehicles which would have been worth over $3000 annually for just the washes, not to mention oil changes, etc. the repair to the graphics damaged by then was a pretty good deal. Now I will bypass them and share this story to everyone I know. Thank you

As a woman, I feel very safe coming to this car wash. I have been very satisfied with the excellent quality of work done here for oil changes. I have been getting my cars washed here since they opened in June 2000. I have been very happy with the detailing department as well. I was informed that the manager who was written about in an earlier review was let go. Also, the store has great cards for gift giving! I will be going back again soon.

What a joke... very disappointed in the detail service. I got the best package they had and it took over 8 hours and they didn't even wax the roof, the door jams were not clean, they left a ton of wax all over the place that I had to wipe off when I got home. I walked around the vehicle and pointed out the wax all over to the detail tech and they said they would wipe it down again but apparently failed to do so. They also did not clean the headliner which had fingerprints all over it. The carpets still had spots in them as well. The tech asked for a tip when I was walking around checking it out when they claimed they were done. They would have gotten a bigger tip if they didn't ask. I am not one to complain. I will stick with taking my vehicle to Ultimate Car Wash in Belvidere.

after my daughter was maliciously hit on and harassed by by the oil change shop assistant manager during the whole time she was there, no one we know will be back to that place. apparently sexual harassment is okay with them.

Compared to Octopus Car Wash (where I used to get my car washed), SuperSuds is a great deal. The location is a vast improvement, I don't have to drive through 300 potholes to get there. Plus, if I go on a weekday between 8am-11am, I get the $19.99 car wash for $13.99, with a weather guarantee included: if it rains or snows within 3 days, I get to have the same car wash again for free. Remember save your receipt, though. Also, I have never waited in line. That is the truth. Every time I have pulled up to SuperSuds, there is an empty space and employees who are waiting to start on my car. That is crazy, since you usually have to wait in line for anything and everything! The people are great, willing to help you get the best package, and any extras you need, too, like a stubborn stain. From start to finish, everyone I come into contact with always makes eye contact and at least smiles, sometimes they ask how I'm doing or tell me to have a nice day. I think that's cool because a lot of places have forgotten to teach their employees what "service with a smile" means (yes, I'm talkin' to you McDonald's). So visit SuperSuds, and make sure you ask for Jose in the detail center ;)
