Not only did we not get that, we never heard from them again, never even received a final bill from them, until a year and a half later when they must have realized they lost track of us and demanded their money. Responding to the reply from the business below: No, we did not get a bill on the day the work was done. Changes to the job were made and the installer said we would get billed. Obviously you were happy with your countertops or you would have contacted Midwest Stone. You received everything you paid for, or as you stated, didn't pay for. If you knew you owed them money, and an invoice was delivered on the day of install, why wasn't the bill paid. Our terms are paid on completion. For you to wait a year, seems as though you were taking advantage of Midwest Stone. If you are unhappy with the quality of workmanship, please call us.
