I had a great experience up in till it came time to have my mattress delivered then it went downhill. The first available date to deliver it was two weeks after my purchase. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to an emergency then I was told I have to wait anther 2 weeks. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable when the mattress is just sitting at the store. I was told that I could do express delivery for $179.. I was told there's a shortage of driver's then perhaps the owner's should address the problem. I have to wait 6 weeks for my furniture to come in and I'm scared to see how long I'll have to wait to have that delivered. John was GREAT and very patient helping me to find just the right furniture so it's not the fault of the sales people.

John was great to work with. I bought my teenage son a bed here. John had great response. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the products.

We have had such a great experience here at Gustafon’s! We have been all over Rockford looking for furniture for our house and couldn’t find what we were looking for, and then we came here and found a beautiful couch.
