Carpetland was great! They did carpet in 2 big rooms and a walk-in closet. Their selection is a little overwhelming if you don't know exactly what you want, but Alan was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. Luis, Edgar, and Raul installed the carpet and they did a fantastic job. They moved our furniture, tore up the old carpet and hauled it away, and cleaned up when they were done. They even hauled away some carpet from some other rooms that they weren't even working on. Very professional and courteous crew. There was a little issue with the carpet in the closet after installation; it made a crinkling/crunching sound when you walked on it in certain places. But I called and told them about it and they came back out promtly (after 5pm even!) to fix it for free. I thought the old carpet in our house was OK, but this new carpet feels like walking on clouds compared to the old carpet.

PS: If you are torn, DO IT. Go to Carpetland, AND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON THE BETTER CARPET PADDING. It's so soft! :)

The whole process has been sort of a roller-coaster from start to finish, but I changed my review solely based on how the owner took care of everything and the end product. Some of the issues we had were with the installers, but he promptly fixed the issues and everything looks exactly how we wanted it to now. The flooring is really nice and has a great look to it! If anything goes wrong the owner seems willing to fix any problem or issue you might have and since the owner is willing to go the extra mile that shows a great commitment to the business. I would recommend them for your flooring needs!

We recently had four rooms re-carpeted and the service was excellent! They know their stuff and the installers were friendly and quick. They had all the furniture and carpet moved/ removed and the new carpet installed within a few hours. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring!

We had our entire upstairs done...living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms. It was completed in a timely manner with expertise. I could not be happier with the entire experience. We plan on getting new carpet in our basement next year and I will definitely use Carpetland USA.

We had our whole house done, carpet, tile & wood. The carpet for 3 bedrooms, hall & family room, were in 1 day. Wood for 2 rooms, done in a day. Tile took over a week, longer than anticipated, but very satisfied with the look, work, & easy care of the floors.

Their installers did a terrible job. the carpet has pulled up between the two rooms and the seam has pulled apart and it has only been 19 months since installation. They came out and fixed it twice and left a messy glue spot within the first 12 months and now they say it is not covered under warranty and I will be charged for them to come out for the 3rd time to fix it.
