Made reservations 2 days prior to picking up rentals. They don't have the vehicle that I paid for but was happy that they'd upgraded my rental to a standard size(bigger)car with no upgrade charge. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was the day I returned my rental. One of the staff who took care of me made an un neccessary comments(on a busy day, office full of people trying to rent)about how much mileage I had put into the car. Like seriously, didn't I told you the reasons why I rented was so I can drive 15hrs+ to South Carolina(over1900miles)round trip?Yes! I was smart not to use my own car, so I don't have to worry about breakdowns & etc.. on an old vehicle! You made me feel guilty like I wasn't suppose to drive and put that much mileage when you have unlimited mileage on the rental. "Wow, you really put miles on that car, now it needs to be service, Monica we need to schedule an oil change". Like seriously, this is what your business is all about, and what you have to do, to be in business. I took good care of it during renting as agreed and once I return it you do what you need to thats Non of my business. The last thing you want is to feel good about the service and then get hit with a complaint on how much you put mileage on it because you have to service it. The only reason I do business with Enterprise was that they're more flexible than Hertz & etc..

Our fifth year in a row renting a cargo van and everything, every time has been a smooth transaction. We'll do it again next year. BTW, the rate is fair especially with unlimited miles.
I have rented here more than a couple times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are good especially with unlimited miles. I enjoy the interaction with Elizabeth.
