My grandson took me as well as his family to celebrate my 90th birthday. My favorite food has always been baby back pork ribs. The Chef cut them off the bone for me and also cut up the meat for me. It was the most tender ribs I have ever eaten, plus they weren't overly spiced. Lately, I have been on a "fish kick" and I had some of your battered fish, each piece the size of my two hands put together. Iwent back for more twice. I don't know if it was perch or what, but I'm waiting for someone to take me back. The vegetables were thorouchly cooked, not half raw broccoli or carrots. You name it - they had it. The place was packed. I guess the people of Rockford, Il. know where to eat. I could go on and on but better stop. I do have a question though. Do they serve the fish only on special days? Where can I get a meat menu? I am going to visit my family in Va. next week and we're going to the Golden Corral.
