WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered an iPad as a Christmas present on Walmart.com and tried to pick it up at the Rockaway, NJ location. When I got to the store, they informed me that they gave the iPad I paid for to someone else and they had no other iPads in the store.
I dealt with LJ Smith, the assistant manager. I’ve never experience such awful customer service in my life! He was rude, curt and unprofessional and completely unwilling to help. His attitude was 'too bad!'.
LJ eluded that ordering on Walmart.com does not actually guarantee you that the items will be in the store - even though you already paid for them!!! He actually explained that this exact scenario happened to 6 other people this week. I am beyond disgusted with Walmart.
