  Complete And Total Rip Off!

  Complete And Total Rip Off!!!!! is what Butterfly Taxi is. I was in Rock Springs on a consulting Job recently, and so once the day ended for me I decided to go out to a night club located down the street. I could have and should have walked but I decided to take a taxicab and the girl at the front desk of the Economy Lodge Inn called this Butterfly Taxicab guy.
  
  He didn’t take long to get there yeah the hotel clerk told me he lived in the trailer court right around the corner. The taxi driver encouraged me to pay upfront for a round trip fare, promising me that he'd be available to give me a ride home at the end of the night, sounded good to me, so I went along with it.
  
  The driver gave me a receipt enabling me to prove that I paid just in case a different driver came back to get me and well the night started. The club/bar was fine for this to be a smaller town, until some guys from the younger crowd decided to fight and get the the bar/club shut down at 1AM young people are so stupid these days. OK now get this, I was there till 3AM the bar was completely closed at 2AM I waited for the guy to come back and pick me up, the taxi never showed up.
  
  Soon after 3AM a yellow/green type of cab just happened to have showed up. I think the bar called him to get rid of me because I’d had way too much to drink, and after waiting an hour for a taxicab that I’d already paid for I was highly pissed.
  
  Well the green taxi guy after listening to my story, he give me a ride home mind you I could have just walked but I had been drinking and didn’t want to get arrested for walking drunk. Which is real big in Rock Springs, he then handed me his business card, apologized for what had happened to me and confirmed that he wasn’t charging me for the ride, and that it would be complementary on of the City of Rock Springs, I’d already decided that whichever cab company took me home I wasn’t going to pay because I'd already paid the Butterfly Cab guy and I wasn’t going to pay for a taxicab ride twice. If you visit or live in Rock Springs Wyoming watch out for Butterfly taxi they will rip you off.

  Recently my cousins came to town and…

  Recently my cousins came to town and they needed a ride from the ihop to a Mexican Boot and Apparel store on Pilot Butte which is near my house, Butterfly Taxi charged them $18, that's like $9 per mile. I read another review posted about this cab company and it said that the manager of this company charges people who arent from around here or people of Latin origin more than he charges people who are from here or who aren't Latin/Hispanic. Its jus plain racism that would lead a person to single out people of a certain heritage. Their company (Butterfly Taxi) is well known here in Wyoming but not their tactics and practices. i also just wanted other people to know how this company treats some of its passengers

  This review is so slanderous. Butterfly Cab clearly has thier prices printed on thier cards. EVERYONE, EVERYONE pays the same as EVERYONE else!!
