Dr White, Absolutely amazing. The entire staff so patient and understanding to me. He is the most gentle and soft spoken person, better than the best most therapists. He does a great job. I have recommended him to my neighbor already.

I would drive all the way to Charlotte for a dermatologist before I would go here! Poor attitudes and mediocre care at best. They scarred someone I knows legs up she can never wear shorts again!

I like to know my doctors and I like them to know something about me. Dr. White always shares pictures of his family and he always takes the time to look at the photos of my grand kids. I have been coming here for years. I love Dr. White!

Honestly, I must say I was hesitant about this appointment based on the reviews I read. Dr. White was highly recommended by a family doctor, so I decided to give him a try. I have seen three other dermatologists in Charlotte. None took the time to review my history. None examined me as thoroughly as Dr. White. Not only did he figure out my problem on the first visit, he was very chatty. I do not normally write reviews, but I had an excellent experience. Dr. White you are a 5 star doctor!

I love Dr. White and his assistants. They are always so nice and happy. Since I moved to Fort Mill I have been nervous about leaving my old dermatologist. Not anymore! Dr. White is great!

The Day Spas is simply amazing. Today I had a facial with the lovely Lisa. She was gentle, kind and made me feel like a queen. Her knowledge of product was outstanding. I am going back soon.

Dr. White spent a ton of time with me answering all my questions about my rash and also getting Botox or Juvederm. Have never had a cosmetic procedure done before and he was super patient and kind explaining everything to me. I will definitely be back to have those procedures done. I'm excited! Thanks, Dr.White and your awesome staff!

5 stars for Dr. White! I love my cheeks! I have been to the fancy plastic surgeons in Charlotte. Expensive and I always had to see someone else, never the doctor. Dr. White, thank you for the personal care - I look years younger and I feel great again!

On time, professional but funny, Dr. White relieved my anxiety about this appointment, He had to perform some tests, but the procedure was painless and I am happy with my care. Thanks, Dr. White!

Fast, friendly and professional office staff. Dr. White was knowledgeable and professional. He was kind, efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I can see why he is so highly recommended!

My experience was that the nurse practitioner was not personable, the receptionists were difficult. The dr assistant refused to communicate with the pharmacy or insurance agency for prior authorization of prescriptions. They required that I do this myself and this "took to much of their time." I'm usually an easy patient, but this was absurd! If I had ten thumbs I would put them all down! ����

Honesty and integrity are lacking. After waiting in the office for over an hour, my husband notified the front desk that he would need to reschedule his appointment since he needed to get back to work. He confirmed with the women at the front desk that he would not be charged since they were so behind schedule. A few days later we received a letter and a phone call saying we owe PSL $25. Since they always seems to be running behind schedule, and we don't want to pay for their errors, he will not be returning.

So here is the long and the short of it. We went here because we thought my daughter had eczema. Her skin didn't clear up, and we decided to get another opinion. That dermatologist repeatedly asked us if we had even seen an actual dermatologist. The medicine that PS & LC said to use on her face was actually for her body. The medicine that was for her body was for her face. The PS and LC said to only bathe her every other day the one in Charlotte said to bathe her everyday! Heads up, we actually saw a nurse at PS & LC and the charge was the same as if for a doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Woodall, for many years. I have had no complaints with him or the staff. They are always friendly and professional. Dr. Woodall doesn't make you feel rushed, and always listens to your concerns.

I have had many procedures done, re: skin cancers, moles and mole-like lesions removed. He always does a thorough job, and does not leave unsightly scars.

I have only one issue that involves taking a long time to answer the phone, to make an appointment.

I will continue to go to PS&LCenter, with pleasure!

I can't say that I have had a good experience here with one doctor in particular, he treats numbers not patients. He is rude, does listen, interrupts, and the appointment is less than two minutes with him. I have had three appointments with him trying to give him the benefit of the doubt by giving him three chances. He struck out this morning. I was in the middle of telling him what was concerning me when he steamrollered the conversation and ignore what I was trying to tell him. I waiting and when he was through speaking I asked, now may I finish telling you what I was trying to tell you. He said yes but it won't change my story. That wasn't the point. I have already written a formal complaint at the office and I intend to find another avenue to inform someone hire up.

Impossible to make an appointment! They will not answer the phone and it doesn't work on the web site! I'm rescheduling one they canceled

I have been going to PS&L for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Woodall and the other doctors and staff!
