        Good steaks, usually a bit noisy but expected in a chain restaurant. Service has been great when I have been.

        Worst place ever. Used to go here for date night with my husband. Never again!!The manager Ms. Megan Carmon was rude to my husband when he questioned why a couple that came in after us was sat before us. She said they did the call ahead service. We have have never heard of this and asked how long they had been doing that. Ms. Carmon turned her head around and said "like forever..since we opened like uh 14 years now.." so my husband was upset with her attitude and asked the waitstaff to speak to a manger. Turns out she was the manager; she was very rude and not dressed appropriately at all. Ms. Carmon refused to get a different manager because she said that her professionalism was being called into question. She said several times that we were being rude and she eventually just told us to get out of her restaurant. So we left and we will never ever step back into another Longhorn Steakhouse again! Thank you Megan Carmon for your rude attitude to guest and your lack of professionalism.
