Galleria Pointe Apartments

As a current resident at Galleria Pointe, I can attest that the property as a whole does not have bed bugs. I have lived here for 3 years and each lease I sign did have a thing about bed bugs. It just says that they weren't in there when I moved in, and that if they show up it's because I contributed to them getting there. The only complaint I have about Galleria Pointe is that there is no assigned parking. I think that would help with having a space in front of my townhome. I love the location, the townhome we live in is huge (3 floors) and on occasion I can hear my neighbors if their bass is up loud. I felt compelled to write this because I really feel that they are doing a great job there and that any time I have a service request they get to it that same day. The staff is friendly and know me by name. I've referred a couple of people to Galleria and they've moved in and have no complaints either. I just wish it was free!

They have BED BUGS! My neighbor's apartment was infested and the office staff never told me. I ended up with the bugs and after multiple failed "exterminations" I moved out. They would not let me use a different extermination company and tried to make me pay for the last treatment they did. They now have a DISCLAIMER in their LEASE that all new tenants have to sign that says if you get bed bugs you admit it was your fault and you will pay any extermination costs, but Galleria will tell you which company to use for the extermination! DO NOT SIGN THIS! The company they use is Action Pest. ACTION PEST sent out a man who appeared to be on meth to treat my apartment and he acted so erratically I had to threaten to call the cops to get him to leave. After I reported it to Galleria they still insisted I had to use ACTION PEST and no other company!
