Bradford Park

My experience has been good so far. Place is nice with good natural light. I haven't had issues that aren't fixed within a day or so. Everyone is really sweet and I like being by the grocery store and highway. Makes it easy. Also like that it's still affordable for me.

Nice place to call home after work each day. The community is clean and well taken care of. Can definitely see that the ownership cares.

They are quick to repair any issues and they actually care about the people that live here. I highly recommend it

I've loved living here. The staff, hands down, has been one of the best that I've worked with while renting. Work orders are fixed immediately and they always check to make sure everything is going well. Great service to residents. Can't imagine living elsewhere until I get a house.

I been living here more that a year all most 2 years, a lot of people only put the bad things on reviews but never put the good things. I like Bradford park a lot and thats why I decided to stay one more year here the staff are great and I never have any problem with the staff . When I call the office about something that is not working the fix everything fast .

I have lived here since 2009, I have never had an issue, the staff is great especially Carlos the Grounds Keeper and Louisa the Office Manager! It's quiet and clean. Would recommend this to everyone

Luisa the Office Manager lacks professionalism , she's very rude & will address your concerns in sarcasm which would also explain why the office staff has a high turn over rate . The apartments are decent but who wants to pay rent to be treated poorly . Tribute Properties should hire someone with people skills instead of a bully .

The ladies in the front office are so rude!! They give horrible service and except you to know every hidden detail in the lease! They do not care about anyone but themselves. They will throw hidden fees out there so make sure you know what you are getting into from the beginning! Any place is better then this place! The apartments themselves are very small and the appliances are out of date. Your electricity bill will be outrageous, because on the old appliances and the fact that the insulation in the apartments is absolutely bare minimum. You would be better off spending a little more for a place then to take this, one because you will pay for it (if not triple) in your bills!
