I don't normally do reviews but I am compelled to write this one. I will admit that a first I was hesitant to have our Toyota Prius repaired at Sterling Autobody repair center. Especially since we have front end damage and the engine had to be removed for the repair. I considered sending the car to a Toyoto dealer since they are experienced with hybrids. But let me say I am not sorry in any way that the repair was done at Sterling. The repair was done with maticulous care.I was most impressed with the facility, the staff, and their expertise. I went on 2 occasions to witness the repairs and I was received with complete courtesy and reassurance that our car was progressing fabulously. I was relieved to know that our car was in expert hands and it removed any doubts that I had. The staff of Heather, Joe, Tim and Tina and others were exceptionally friendly and informative. Heather and Tina called me on a regular basis to inform us on the cars progress. I have never experienced that with any other collision center. We had a few issues with the car after we picked it up and when I called they allowed us to bring in the car that day. When I arrived they immediately took the car in and resolved the issue. By the way, the car now looks like showroom condition. Wow !!!! I can't say enough about the entire staff and professionalism they represent. I would highly recommend them for any car repair without hesitation. Keep up the good work and the rewards will come.
I'm usually a 5-star fan of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but was a bit disappointed, a week ago, when I went to rent a car from them. I set up my reservation online, and called the rental office the morning of the day I wanted the rental, to set up a time for them to come pick me up, as I needed a ride to the rental office. Imagine my surprise, when I was told that they had NO ONE to pick me up, and I would have to make my way there, on my own! Seriously? Hello?? This is what you base YOUR ENTIRE ADVERTISING SCHEME ON, is "Enterprise, we pick you up!" Well, except when we don't! Since I needed the car on time, and couldn't wait for a friend to drive over to give me a ride, I called for a taxi, and "enjoyed" paying an extra $27 for what should have been a free ride, courtesy of Enterprise, to their offices. I'm not sure what the story was that day, but if you're doing to advertise a service, you'd better darn well make certain you actually perform that service for your customers!
My husband and I have owned 3 used cars in total since before we purchased our 4th at Royal Motor Sales. It was the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. The CEO Mr. Brock is very committed to making his customers happy. His dedication was beyond unbelievable. We needed a vehicle in short order due to only have one at the time. He came out to US, showed us the car, we ran through the mechanics and the car was just perfect! He went an got the inspection right away for us and from the first moment we called to inquire about the car until we walked out with the keys... Was less than 48 hours. The price is very reasonable!! And you get a full tank of gas with purchase which is awesome. We couldn't be any happier with our purchase. This being our first SUV, we are very happy that we went with Royal motors because it made our change over smooth and we feel rewarded! Thank you Roy Brock! Great Job!
