Restored my trust in dentistry....... After a horrifying experience 17 yrs ago I avoided the dentist like my life depended on it. Knowing that I need my wisdom teeth extracted and a serious cleaning before I started to experience pain and real problems I finally forced myself to go. I also brought along my six-year-old daughter who is autistic and has never been able to handle any dental procedure before. I was served promptly even though this was my very first visit. Our hygienist, Alana, was amazing. She got my daughter through x-rays and cleaning with no tears or problems. She treated my little girl like family and was kind, supportive and encouraging throughout the experience. When it came my turn, Alana was equally understanding, supportive and kind. I required a fairly aggressive cleaning but felt almost no pain due to my hygienist's gentle and skilled work. She stopped several times to ask if I was comfortable and not in pain and she was fast too. Everyone in the office was wonderful to me, from the woman who set my initial appointment to the doctor. It was great to feel respected, cared for and offered advice and information instead of being given orders. I'm no longer afraid to get regular care. Thank you so much!!
