I really enjoyed the customer service that I experienced Monday 12/31/12. Very nice, friendly, and professional. Companies success depends on good customer service, and Ziebart exemplifies that. I had the undercoating done to my car for the winter here in Rochester, NY. When I brought my car in, it was dirty due to the snow. When my car was done, and given back to me, it was clean. Was not expecting them to clean my car. Well, again great customer service will have me going back for any car needs I have for my vehicle. Keep up the good work Mr. Laron Fullmore and Staff.

I went to ziebart to get my new car undercoated. When i got there to drop it off i was sat in a office and preasured to buy other services i finally had to tell them no no no I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING ELSE ! About two hours later they called me to try to once again sell me more. AGAIN NO. when i arrived to pick up my car it was not done when they said itwould be,Ihad to wait another hour. When it was done i found what looked like a rushed and slopy job with undercoating all over my new cars interior.at this point i spoke to the manager who was less than helpfull. It seemed all he cared about was getting paid for the poor and slopy work. I had to take three hours to clean the mess they had made.

i paid a boatload of money to have my brand new truck undercoated and a paint protectant and upholstery protectant applied. Ziebart scratched the back of my tailgate, and scratched my windshield up. looks like someone took a sander to my windshield. they undercoated it terrible too. they applied it over dirt under my truck. they do not believe the windshield scuffs were caused by them. funny it was not there before they got their hands on it. this truck is 2 weeks old. i am very upset and disappointed, and the dealer i bought the truck from does not want any part of the responsibility even though they took it there and sold me the packages with my vehicle. now the dealer is telling me to go settle this with ziebart. after their service manager told me to claim this on my insurance. shame on you Hos. Toyota. thanks for giving me more issues to deal with.

While the sales process was engaging and enjoyable, Josh at the Lyell ave store OverSold and UnderDelivered. He sold me a remote starter for my 08 Caravan without doing his research. He was so eager to make the sale he neglected to understand the full scope of the project. As a result, I showed up twice to have my remote starter installed only to be told that it would take too long, would cost more than the original quote and that they had no record of my install. I expressed my frustration and disappointment to both store managers and asked to speak to the owner. Three weeks later and I still have heard from him. I don't recommend this company for any service. As a result I had to get a refund and still need to get in a cold car in the morning.

If you are looking for shoddy workmanship and broken promises this is the place for you. Even after going back they still missed spots on my truck in places I can see, which makes me wonder about all the places I can't see. If you do use Ziebart remember all prices are subject to negotiations.
