I was quite pleased. But at first i was a little intimidated by walking in this place :) because # 1 i am old enough to be all their MOM's. #2 I knew nothing about vaping and didn't want to look stupid. #3 I had no clue on how to operate a what ever you call these thingys. But i did know i needed to quit smoking cigs. I have to tell you i was very impressed with the owner/staff there. Even the people just hanging out was willing to help get me set up. VERY RESPECTLY bunch of young adults curtious, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I started at the 18 ml of nicotine early June and worked myself down to 6. I had a few problems with the device (mostly my stupidity) and the staff there helped get me back on track again! I will continue to give them my business because they earned it! I have already sent 2 customers to them and i will continue to do so. Keep up the excellent customer service Vapor World .... you are good in my book!
