I took my car there on a Sat. around 12 p.m. I needed an oil change, rotors and an inspection. I let them know that I had already had someone look at it and the diganostic said I needed an O2 sensor. They said they could have it done by the end of the day.

At 4 p.m. I had heard nothing (they close at 5). Car was ready, but with only the oil change done. When I asked about the rotars and inspection the guy on the phone sounded dumb-founded and put me on hold for 6-7 minutes. After hanging up and calling back I was told that I did need rotars (which I already knew and asked them to replace) and they couldn't do the inspection. I was told a few codes, O2 sensor didn't come up and a short version... it would be a big bill, etc. I asked why no one called to discuss this with me and he really didn't have an answer.

Fine, but what about the service I asked for! I reluctantly had them keep the car overnight and fix the rotars. When I picked up the car (and brought my very large brother w/me) I asked to be given the print out (which the manager assured me he would have ready) of the codes for inpsection. The manager came out and said he thought he discussed the problems on the phone, which he did....what he did NOT tell me, is that they couldn't physically do the work, as they don't have the equipment, parts, etc. He then went into great detail (which is what I was asking on the phone) about the issues and suggested going to a dealership. The worst is when he was explaining the problems, he didn't even know what one code meant. It also didn't help that he was talking and looking at my brother, as I wasn't even standing there.

I do not recommend this place for anymore than an oil-change and as a last resort!
