        I shopped here last Sunday and...

        I shopped here last Sunday and left one of my wallets which contains all of my coupons there (a lot of coupons). I called on Thursday and the lady from the customer service told me that they had my wallet and I can come to get it any time. We stopped by this Sunday. Another lady from the customer service told me they had destroyed everything from the lost and found! If you are the customer like me, how can you react! The worst customer service among all the Macy's in Rochester!
