        I like Kohls very much. Couple of month back I moved to Henrietta NY. So I used to visit the Kohls in Henrietta NY. I had a very worst experience in this store. Representative in the returns department are not treating customers politely instead they are making fun out of customers. I never saw this behaviour in other kohls stores. I'll never visit this store again.

        Better quality clothing than most and the prices are ok

        I like the selection of clothing, the prices are sometimes high but not bad if you find a sale. The return policy is strict and they stick to it with no exceptions so make sure you read it well.
