Fix My PC Computer & Electronic Service Center

Horrible customer service. Quick to make customer feel like they're wrong. Communication skills are must to own a business and they have none. Most unprofessional business I've ever seen.

I been going to them for many years and they have never let me down. They are very experienced and easy to talk to, if you have issues with your tech they are the ones to go to, very fair and they dont over charge at all. I make my mom and sister go to them also and no complaints, good people there.

I am very, very disappointed! I dropped off my daughter's tablet on March 2nd and picked it up today March 18th. Nothing is fixed and I'm out $30, for what? No one ever e-mailed me or called I had to call them! First they told me they couldn't find parts, fine well can you attempt to get the information off of it? the tech said I can try I will call you later today or tomorrow....NOTHING!!!!!!!



This is the absolute worst customer service!!! I own a service based company and this is not how you treat your customers. I don't care if it was a crappy tablet my 10 year old daughter loved it. Has anyone ever been nagged by a 10 year old girl??? everyday..where is my tablet? did they fix it? I really want my tablet...on and on. Now I have to tell my daughter that it is not fixed, this should be great.



I'm pretty sure the owner was there when I was talking to the other gentleman and expressing my extreme disappointment in their service but did he come out to talk to me, nope!



I'm sorry I just don't get it. I will NEVER go to this business ever again.

I've been going to Fix My Pc for years, and they are the best at what they do. Their staff are knowledgable and very friendly. Anytime my kids put viruses on my computer, I just take it here and they fix it within a day. They always call me to keep me informed on the progress of the work. My husband and I also had them install a security system about a year ago. We didn't even think this was something we could afford until the owner told us he could work within our budget. A year later and our camera has caught 3 different crimes on our street. I give this company 5 stars because they deserve it!
