BUGMAN Pest Elimination

One star. I had an issue where yellow jackets were getting into a concrete block on my foundation. This was happening while I had a contractor crew of 6 guys at my house replacing my roof and siding. The technician that came out "treated" the area where the bees had created a hole into the block. It took around 30 hours for the activity to stop. While the tech was there, we talked about an additional bee site near the roof line of my house. The tech stated that if he were to spray up there, it would most likely stir up more bee activity and put the roofing crew at more risk than they were already at. We chose to let it go. Here we are 2 days later and I called Bugman back to talk about the roof line site. The manager said that they would charge me for another service call for $135 even though it was there tech that recommended against spraying 2 days ago. He told me that if the tech had sprayed there the first time he was there, I could have just told the construction crew to "take the afternoon off"! I'm not sure what planet this guy is from, but where I live, I don't think telling a crew of workers to take the afternoon off is a viable option. Bugman is a joke. They'll gladly take $135 to show up to your house with a can of spray but don't expect any service beyond that!
