  Stay away, Bryce Marina and it's…

  Stay away, Bryce Marina and it's employees goes out of their way not to earn business. I knew the brand and model of boat I wanted to buy and had cash in hand. I waited over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Finally a short thick man, who I believe is the owners son, looked up. This person couldn't be bothered to leave his chair at his desk. When I told what I was looking to buy the salesman was abrupt, rude and answered questions as if his day was being interrupted. I did research before going in and Bryce's web-site listed the boat I wanted to buy. The salesperson denied having it and said the manufacture's web-site was always wrong. I pointed out it was his own web site that listed the boat. He became even more belligerent and started swearing. At this point, I told him to *&^% off and left. Driving home I remembered I had gone to Bryce's 16 years earlier when I bought my current boat and was treated the same way! They didn't get my business then or now.

  After payment was made of almost $1,000…

  After payment was made of almost $1,000, I simply asked to be shown the completed work. I am not sure why this would strike up anger in someone, but a heated argument ensued with their VP. The President also got involved, not to offer an appology, but to make excuses for their VP's actions.
  
  The parting words from the VP were "you can kiss my a...".
  
  Arrogant, argumentive behavior and extremly poor customer service will not get my repeat buisness.
