        Customer Service is VERY poor!

        Please read the return policy before you make a purchase because they will not flex from this policy at all. With Christmas shopping receipts don't always come with the gift. If it was purchased at Best Buy you will not get even store credit. The customer service is the pooest I have ever seen in a chain store.
