        Overall

        While on vacation, water from a large storm got into our finished basement. Over 1/4 of the carpet was sodden and black. We thought that it would need to be replaced as we didn't find it for days. Mark was recommended to us and was out at 5:30 pm on a Friday. He had a worker there by 7 pm.. Due to their services, we saved the carpet and drywall.
