I don't normally do reviews but I am compelled to write this one. I will admit that a first I was hesitant to have our Toyota Prius repaired at Sterling Autobody repair center. Especially since we have front end damage and the engine had to be removed for the repair. I considered sending the car to a Toyoto dealer since they are experienced with hybrids. But let me say I am not sorry in any way that the repair was done at Sterling. The repair was done with maticulous care.I was most impressed with the facility, the staff, and their expertise. I went on 2 occasions to witness the repairs and I was received with complete courtesy and reassurance that our car was progressing fabulously. I was relieved to know that our car was in expert hands and it removed any doubts that I had. The staff of Heather, Joe, Tim and Tina and others were exceptionally friendly and informative. Heather and Tina called me on a regular basis to inform us on the cars progress. I have never experienced that with any other collision center. We had a few issues with the car after we picked it up and when I called they allowed us to bring in the car that day. When I arrived they immediately took the car in and resolved the issue. By the way, the car now looks like showroom condition. Wow !!!! I can't say enough about the entire staff and professionalism they represent. I would highly recommend them for any car repair without hesitation. Keep up the good work and the rewards will come.

Leasing my very first car seemed like a daunting task. Would I qualify for a loan? Could I find a car in my price range that coincided with my style? But my biggest concern was: Am I going to be given the typical car salesmen speech and get ripped off? When I walked into Bob Johnson, representatives were very attentive, but not in an obnoxious way. My sales specialist was Scott Rocco, and he was absolutely fantastic, he took me out onto the lot, showed me options in my price range, let me drive a couple, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. It really was a great experience. I ended up leasing a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT RTS all on my own, no co-signer (at the age of 23). The finance manager was very informative, and walked me through all the paperwork. Within 24 hours, I went back to Bob Johnson, signed the paperwork and drove off the lot an hour later. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was. If you’re a first time buyer, no worries, Bob Johnson is honestly there to help get you into a car that works for you. I highly recommend this car dealership and am looking forward to working them again in 3 years when my lease is up.
In the past buying a car was like going to the dentist and just never a good experience. We were referred to Universal Imports by our friends who said it was not your typical "let me ask my manager" experience. We went in with specific needs and budget - with having three young kids we need room. We didn't see any cars on location that would fit our needs, but after talking with Mark he said he would find the car for us. At first I was skeptical (after all I had never had a good experience at other places), but I was truly impressed with how quickly he really did find the perfect car in our budget! Buying my car at Universal has changed my perspective on buying cars and it was actually enjoyable!
