The Short Story: Professionalism, quality and affordability, at its finest! The Long Story I spent countless weeks searching the big name and online jewelry stores for a one of a kind, very specific, very personal engagement ring, but to no avail. It wasn’t until speaking with my sister who recommended Battisti Jewelers that my experience went from negative to positive. Upon walking into the door I must admit I was skeptical and had my guard up. At this point I have had enough with pushy salesmen, insulting my intelligence, not listening to my needs and most of all not giving me the individual attention that I needed during this stressful time. I presented Lucio (the owner) with a sketch of the ring setting that I have been hunting for. Instead of getting the response that I was previously receiving from every other jewelry store “I’m sorry we don’t carry something like that, let me show you we do have” I was refreshed to hear “give me 24 hours and I will do my best to find it.” In less than 24 hours I resaved a phone call informing me that he had found the setting. From that day on Lucio and I worked together to make sure every aspect of this ring was exactly the way I wanted it. From the center stone, to the side stones, every part of the ring was meticulously put together in order to give my wife to be the ring she always dreamed of. I was referred to La Salon Bianca by a friend and have never been disappointed with the services there. I have had just about everything manicure, pedicure, color, cut, wax...all have been done with care and to perfection. I love coming to the salon and saying do whatever you think will look good! I have never been disappointed! They are great at helping you know what will work best on you and what wont. They are all truly talented and are always going to training and classes to stay current in their profession. They also have the best customer service skills I have ever experienced and will accommodate just about any request and get you in for appointments quickly. They also encourage you to come back for a touch up on your haircut if there is something you aren't happy with, without making you feel bad. I have referred many of my own family and friends here as well and they all love coming here! Great job ladies!!!!
1. The massage therapist was amazing! 2. I was deceived! They talked me into getting an extra service and failed to inform me that IT COST EXTRA. I went because it was a gift. I kept saying that from the moment I walked in. I kept saying...well whatever that includes. This was a gift. They just said it was a one hour massage. So when I checked out she blurted out how much I owed and I said again that this was a gift and I shouldn't owe anything. So I had to adjust the tip amount from the massage therapist that worked on me. Which again he was amazing. So basically they charged me $12.00 to rub biofreeze on my back at the end of my massage. So I had to reduce my tip based on the EXTRA charge. I think they owe the therapist that money. Very unprofessional on the front end at check out.
