        Overall

        I brought Miele vacuum in for a tune-up and repair. 2 days later told to pick up as it was ready. Brought vacuum home still broke with noise and roller issues. Brought vacuum back again....they said it was fixed...brought home same issues...not working....same issues. Called up...asking for $ back....said no....must bring it back in again...Over 3 hours of driving back and forth....Very incompetent...don't understand that customers work and such a hassle. Stay Away from this business!!!
