Together they have over 19 years of property management experience, 12 years of compliance experience, and 6 years of maintenance experience and have been actively involved with Rochester Multi Housing Association for the past 8 years. This solid background enables us the ability to maintain and improve your investment property with honesty, integrity and quality at an incredible value. Matik Management can provide you with a host of in-house services; all at unbeatable prices. Inside, we clean common areas; maintenance turns, and handles routine and emergency calls from tenants. Outside, we provide landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal services, with Matik managed properties having first priority plowing at a rate unmatched by others.
