If there was a "zero" star option, I would have picked that.
I reserved a car back in July with this location for today, August 18, 2015. I had my car going in for collision repairs and had rental car coverage through State Farm Insurance. I was already slightly irritated that I received multiple calls from you asking what date I needed the car, when I had already told you more than once, August 18, 2015 at 8am.
I arrived at the collision shop to turn in my car for repairs; they called you to tell you I was ready to be picked up. Your reply was that there was no car available!!!! I had a reservation for God’s sake! You call this customer service! I called Enterprise and got a car right away, without a reservation.
I called State Farm and told them they should reconsider who they partner with for rental cars. I will never attempt to rent a car from Hertz again, and I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know that Hertz is not the place to go, if you want reliable, customer service. I am highly disappointed.
