Express Employment Professionals

My worker (Benjamin M.) has not helped at all with my employment situation. It's been over a month since I completed the agency's application/interview process without a single job lead. I have a solid work history college degreed, with excellent personal/professional references. I indicated that I am open to almost any type of work (restaurant, factory etc.) he just tells me not to worry and I'll get back to you; well I am worried; I am unemployed! I'm going to contact their Corporate Office (Oklahoma City) to make a formal complaint if I have to wait much more!!
