This is what I wrote to them after my daughter’s party: The inflatables were great! I was disappointed that they were 1 1/2 hours late arriving at 10:30 instead of 9:00 as planned. This caused the party to be delayed an hour. They were not set up until noon. Even then, the double slide did not have enough water and the children said it hurt to land at the bottom. We ended up stopping and adding more water to the double slide which delayed another 20 minutes. Not happy at all with your time management.
