Genie Express Car Wash

Terrible experience...calling all over Robinson and Waco to locate the owner. I know I'm not the only one that has been ripped off. If someone knows the owner please post the contact information. It was even suggested by city hall to report this to the police department.

1 star is a joke ....I bought the best wash all I got was soap on my car and a machine stuck where I couldn't move my car after 3 cars a man shows up helps me get my died soaped car out of stall can't find the owner of the sorry outfit

I have tried this car wash on three different occasions and only once has it worked close to properly. On the last two attempts I do not get all the options I paid for. Today was the worst. The car wash made four passes just dripping water on my car before doing a "spot free" rinse. Their phone number doesn't work and when I contacted the main genie car wash in Waco, TX the lady acted as if she had no ties to that wash. This place is a rip off please don't waste your money.

Horrible Business Owner,

I have been cheated on a car wash 2 times and that comes to $18, its a shame the owner has zero integrity to leave a working phone number so he can take care of complaints and or people who have done business there. Several times there have not even been soap within his equipment. I cannot believe that Geni Car Wash would allow an independent owner trash there reputable name like they are.

I purchased a touch less car wash from this place and half way through the wash, I realized half of the machine was not working. It trickled dirty water on my vehicle, then continues to cycle through all the options I purchased. There was no foam or any soap. One side splashed a bit of water on my driver side which later left hard water spots. I will not return to this terrible wash.
