As the store manager of DTO#201, I would like to apologize to Starr Barnett regarding the store being closed at 1pm - we make every effort to not close the store during business hours everyday, however with a very small staff, 10-11.5 hour days with no breaks or even lunch , situations do arise when we need to run to bank or even...use the restroom. There is ofcourse no good time to do this but we make every effort to go at non-peek hours and as quickly as possible, and We do place a closed sign on door with a eta return time for these occasional situations. Once again I apologize for your inconvenience and hope you will give our store another chance .
