Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center

My great aunt had a great skilled stay at Springtree. It was probably more difficult to please her than most patients because she had worked as a nurse in this setting for many years in Florida until her retirement. She was very pleased with her therapy and was able to recover and return home to independent living. We are thankful for the care she received and highly recommend the facility to others.

My wife has been in this facility for now the third time as a patient and I can not say enough about how wonderful Springtree is. The care that is provided by the nursing staff is excellent, with outstanding nurses aides such as Pat, Charles and Robert. My wife was in a private room, and they even placed another bed in the room in order for me to stay close by during her recovery. The rehabilitation was fantastic, and allowed my wife to go home. I would recommend this facility to anyone, including my brother who will need post surgical rehab in the near future.

Although this facility looks nice on the outside, there's an excessive amount of deception and corruption that exist in the inside. There's always an outbreak of some type of virus/disease because of misappropriate sanitation techniques. Vital machines seem to go missing or don't work. There are, however, good, hard working employees that need to be recognized (Charles who is wright, Felix glows with a smile, Winnicki is always a Joy, Tammy who's smart and snappy & Heather's care that can be felt from miles upon miles, acres upon Akers ). Phillip is the administrator. You can tell him all your problems and he'll give you two pieces of fecal matter in return. Talk to the Director of Nursing, he knows how to get things done. Although this facility is not BBB accredited nor up to bar, a change in administration as well as an increase of staff will result in a better place for patients and their family members.
