Great place! Purchased my bridesmaid dresses here. They were very helpful and prices were cheaper here than two other places.

I absolutely adore the staff at Patina. They were incredibly supportive through the entire dress buying and fitting process. They know their dresses and they know how to fit dresses as well as being very personable. You immediately feel welcomed and valued when you step through the doors. I have recommended my consultant, Michele and the entire staff at Patina for any formal attire needs.

I loved my dress buying experience at Patina. After getting ignored at David's Bridal and then pounced on by sales people at a local boutique-- Patina was exactly what I needed. There was no rush, no push and they were as attentive and involved as you wanted them to be. I knew what dress I wanted when i walked it and they were even able to price match it from another store for me.

I was on a search for a dress and I called them to see if they had this dress and they said I don't have the dress but I have something very similar. Well I was not too happy to hear that and said ok well I MIGHT go in to see what you have. Two days later I show up and ask to talk with the lady and sure enough she had a dress set aside for me to try on and when I did I LOVE IT! It was almost identical as the dress I wanted and it was CHEAPER! They did a great job with fittings and my dress came in in 3 weeks!

My experience finding my wedding dress here was amazing. In high school, I always went there to get my prom dresses so I knew they would be the perfect location to get my wedding dress. Upon arrival, I was assigned an employee that asked me questions about what dresses I was interested in and then helped me find my dress from there. My dress was the 2nd one I tried on thanks to her attentiveness to what I wanted! She was extremely helpful. Later that day, I had another dress appointment in the area and their service was no where near as great as Patina's. Later that day, I called and asked if I could come try on my dress one more time to make sure it was the one and they were extremely flexible and let me come in right before they closed. They had a huge selection and you can tell they are so happy to have your business! Will definitely be going to get my bridesmaid dresses there as well!

Great customer service! I came to Roanoke VA from DC for a buddies wedding only to find that I had left my suit at home once arriving to the hotel... I called a few places and Patina was the most helpful in getting me hooked up within minutes (I literally had less then 10min to find a place) and told me to swing by even though it might be a little after their closing time. They had a suit in hand ready for me when I came running through the door, fitted in less then 30 sec, and paid for and out the door within 2 minutes. The man (possibly owner) advised me to watch my speeding on the road that lead to the wedding site because the cops always sit waiting for speeders there AND he also mentioned that he would leave his truck unlocked for me to leave my rental suit on his front seat on Sunday (since store is closed) so that my wife and I could hit the road without worrying about returning a suit on Monday. Very friendly and professional and would recommend them anytime!

I will never step foot in this place again and you better believe I will tell everyone I know who is looking for a dress to avoid this establishment! Terrible customer service! I was searching for my wedding gown. I did not make an appointment because I had gone to other shops without an appointment and they said it was no problem. I stopped in here hoping for the same experience but was very disappointed when A lady with shoulder length blonde hair looked at me like I had 5 heads when I walked in. She did this BEFORE she even asked me if I had an appointment (if I had an appointment I would have still felt unwelcome). Finally she asked and she said in a very snobby way "we are very busy and you must have an appointment". I said that's fine and asked if I could just look at the dresses to see if there was anything that caught my eye before I made an appointment. She hesitantly said we could do so. While I'm looking through the same dresses other shops have, a very kind woman came over and said that she had finished her appointment and would be happy to help me try some dresses on. I thought to myself, Ok, now I'm starting to feel like the money I was ready to spend was worthy something to these people. But that feeling was quickly shattered when the snobby blonde lady came over and said to me "She is skipping her lunch break so that she can help you..." Words cannot express how what she said made me feel. How dare her make me feel like I am a burden. I am a customer who was ready to spend money! I smiled and turned around. But the words she said kept going through my head and I had no desire to try on dresses here and quickly left. Best decision ever as I found the PERFECT dress at another establishment. I am not the only one who has had bad experiences here. This place does not come recommended.
