Blue Ridge Wildlife & Pest Management

I hired Blue Ridge in January 2018 to help get rid of mice in the walls of my home. The mice had chewed a hole under the sink and ransacked by kitchen and laundry room as well. Blue Ridge put bait stations outside for about seven weeks, then sealed the house. They used caulk to seal the base of the house. I still had mice coming inside. I called Blue Ridge and they said I must not have mice because they sealed the house. I checked the base of the house and found that the caulking job was terrible, with holes in the caulk and parts of the house that had not been caulked at all. I spent an entire day re-caulking the house. I asked Terminex to come by and assess my mouse problem. They said mice can chew through caulk and they use cement. They offered to help but I had already paid Blue Ridge $1700. I need to figure out how to cement the base of the house myself. Last night was cold so the mice came in yet again. It is now March 20th, I'm doing all the work myself, and I'm out all the money I had left in the world.
