Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Great experience here. The staff was prompt, polite, and generous with the ice-cream toppings we ordered. Our food was delicious. The store was clean. I recommend stopping for a treat here.

I WAITED IN THE DRIVE-THRU FOR 5 MINUTES WITH NO RESPONSE, SO I DECIDED TO GO INSIDE. AFTER WAITING IN LINE FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES, THE CASHIER DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THE SCENE BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS PURE CHAOS. THEN AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 10 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER, I SAW ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES PUT MY FOOD INTO ITS CONTAINER WITHOUT GLOVES ON, JUST AFTER SHE HAD FINISHED MOPPING THE FLOOR AND EMPTYING THE TRASHCAN. SO I WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. I'M SORRY BUT 30 MINUTES FOR TWO KID'S MEALS TO GO IS RIDICULOUS.
