The store owner is knowledgeable; however, he seems to never be there anymore. Instead, he has his friends working for him and the hours keep changing but these ya-whos show up late, don't open for hours, or close early. When you are looking for products that they used to carry regularly, you end up having to come back 3 time to purchase it because they don't have it in stock. The staff is often too busy hanging out with friends to take care of customers anymore. I prefer to frequent local/family owned businesses versus corporate businesses. Unfortunately with the trends of this shop they will drive their customers away.

they dont BS you they actually know what they are talking about. its very clean in there meaning all the cages everything is nicely kept up. prices are on point for all creatures. the three men i had talk to in there are very nice, funny and laid back also understandable. bought a prairie dog because he told me they would be way better pets than a hamster and he was right my little guy is just like a puppy seriously:) love this shop! if you been there help them advertise i just caught them when i was driving past on my way to the other place and had to make a u-turn im so glad i did

Awesome selection of reptiles, amphibians, and bugs. Best prices around too!! Only complaint is I was hoping for tropical fish. But from what the owners told me its planned for in a few months. Really cool stuff to like cobras, rattlesnakes (display only) giant snakes... and the best selection of supplies around. I literally stop in once a week to check out the cool stuff. Ive been to many stores in the state and out, and def the cleanest ive seen!

Came here after getting tired of driving to brandon for feeders. I'm glad I found this place, cause creature castle finally dealt me their final blow with there 'no under $10 purchase with debit card' policy. It's 2012, and every uses plastic, I can't believe a store would have something like this in effect. Not only is the plac e half the drive, their feeders are cheaper! Nice, small place. I own a pastel ball python but was looking for info on bearded dragons for my niece's birthday. Staff told me more than I could manage on google, and show me what bare essentials I needed to maintain healthy animal. It's a fun sotre to look around, plus they have venomous snakes on display. Never seen an albino monocle cobra in person, very awesome! I have told all my snake buddies about this place so they can save on gas and money on feeder rats.
