Southridge Automotive Napa Auto Parts

I have taken my car into this shop for a second time due to their faulty job the first time. I have been told it would be done 3 times now and still have yet to get a call. I've had to call numerous times and have received no appology, in fact only a nagging tone from the owner who seems to be irritated that I would like to know if my car is done as he promised. My advice, don't even consider using southridge for ANY work you need done. I completely agree with the first review. Hopefully their job is actually effective this time so I don't have to set foot in there again.
