What a wonderful place to send a child for instruction! The instructors are involved, passionate, kind, and have become mentors for my 15 year old son. He can't wait to get to the studio every night. Family run and you can feel the kindness and sense of belonging the moment you begin. My son is small for his age and has gained HUGE confidence from this wonderful group of people. I could go on and on..........USKO has been a huge blessing to my family.. I've got two other younger sons just waiting to get started!! AND while my husband waits for my son's lesson to be finished, HE works out in the attached gym so they BOTH benefit LOL. GO and sign up your kid,; you will not regret it!

I have always wanted to try some type of martial arts since i was very young, i just never got around to it. Once i finished school i started looking around, but was clueless in which type i wanted to do. Plus, when i did go to some Dojos i was bombarded by sign up fees, costs, etc.. i like U.S.K.O. because they have a free 7 day trial and they encourage you to come in and see if one of their many classes fit what your looking for. The best part about this gym is the people. The teachers and students all wish to help it's a great atmosphere for adults and children. Whether you're looking to lose weight, get fit, or become a black belt this is the place to go. They also offer classes during the day which is rare. I commute past several gyms/dojos to go to this one, its well worth it.

If you want to learn self confidence, self respect, discipline, and agility then I strongly recommend USKO for you and your family. I've been with them since the mid 80's and here it is 2013! They are family owned and treat you like family while your there.

USKO is so diverse from nutrition awareness, self defense Karate, Jujitsu, Muay Tahi and personal training. My entire family trains at USKO. The Pagliuso's have mastered how to keep you coming back everyday. For them it's not about the money, it's about tradition and family.

Both my wife and I have been training at USKO for many years now and we absolutely love it! The senseis have a great rapport with their students, both children and adults. They are so helpful and supportive in helping you achieve your goals and they make you feel like family. They also do several activities outside of regular classes that make it even more fun like training at a park in the spring and training at the beach in the summer! For men, women and kids interested in training in martial arts, this is the place to be! We're very proud to say we train at USKO!
