Beware!!!! NOT HONEST!!!!! I took my car in for their unbeatable oil change coupon. They told me that I needed to have my transmission fluid flushed. I knew that it needed it. 2 months later, I got 2 new tires put on the car and needed an alignment. The place where we got the tires did not do alignments. So I took it to this place to have an alignment. The guy had my husband come to the car and said a list of "needed services". On that list was a transmission flush. I just had this place do that service 2 months ago. I knew the guy was lying. Don't these guys keep record of the services on each car? Then the guy tells my husband that the tire rods need to be replaced. That alone was going to cost an extra 260 something! The guy said that he would not do the alignment unless we replaced the tire rods. So we said we can't because we did not have the money for that. The guy was a bit hostel and charged us a inspection fee of 14.95!!! Because they lied about the transmission fluid, I did not trust them anymore. I found another place(American Tire Depot) to get my alignment. And guess what???? They looked at the tire rods and found they were in good condition!!!! Meineke makes false claims on whats wrong with your car just to make more money!!! Its despicable!!!! Stay clear of this place!!! They entice you with great coupons and make you think you are getting a good deal!!! Don't fall victim to their shameful ways of doing business!!!
